Objective

Students will be able to:
• guide learning in a theoretically justified manner
• examine the underlying ethical aspects of guidance work
• choose appropriate pedagogical models in a given teaching situation
• utilise a range of appropriate guidance methods
• promote a sense of community and inclusion by pedagogical means
• understand and take into account the effects of cultural diversity in teaching.
