Students will be able to:
• demonstrate a command of software and equipment used in speech-to-text interpreting
• name a range of speech recognition devices and software
• interpret audiovisual recording to text
• use appropriate technology in a creative and justified manner in a given situation
• describe the principles of captioning and demonstrate basic command of subtitling
• apply service design and productisation in speech-to-text interpreting.
