Careers in changing working life (5cr)

Objective

After completing the course, students:
• understand the changes in working life and their complex nature
• recognize the central terms of working life research and are familiar with up-to-date international discourse relating to it
• are familiar with different kinds of methods to approach and model careers and forms of working, are able to connect them to changes in working life
• are able to understand and combine the viewpoints of individuals and workplaces for developing careers

-Diversifying careers and forms of working
-Different ways to approach careers and changes in it
-Careers from the point of view of organisations, communities and individuals.
-Building, controlling and developing different kinds of careers in various contexts
