Students
• recognize the needs of students during internships
• understand their role as internship guides and representatives of working life
• develop their skills as internship guides
• are familiar with the contents and processes of Humak’s internships
• recognize the different levels and guidance needs of internships
Content
Develop as an Internship Guide course develops skills and know-how related to Humak internship guidance in all of Humak’s degree programmes. During the course students familiarize themselves with the contents of internships through various tasks and materials. Students develop their own internship guidance competency and recognize the needs of students during internships.
