Objective
Students:
Professional interaction skills
- Are able to assess their own interaction and communication skills and have an understanding of the communication processes and the different means of creating and maintaining - interaction.
- Are able to interact online.
- Develop their own interaction skills in different interactive situations and are aware of the diversity of interaction.
Intercultural communication
- Are able to perform professionally in communicative and interactive situations.
- Utilize the advantages of digitalization in their work.
-develop their competencies in intercultural communication
-understand the role of culture in interaction and develop their skills in intercultural communication
-are familiar with the theories and approaches of intercultural competence and are able to assess their own cultural competencies
-understand the meaning and importance of context

Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty–hylätty.
Arviointi perustuu opintojakson osaamistavoitteisiin. Opiskelijan tulee osoittaa hallitsevansa vähintään 40 % asetetuista opintojakson tavoitteista, jotta opintosuoritus voidaan katsoa suoritetuksi.
