Practical training 2: Workplace community as a developer of workplace well-being (5cr)

Objective

Students
- can utilize central legislation and regulations related to occupational health, safety and well-being in practice as a basis of development work
- can plan, implement, evaluate and report a minor development process at work
- understand the social and economic significance of developing workplace well-being

Content

- The work placement is carried out as a practical development exercise based on the contents learnt during the three first courses of the module.
- The work placement is reported according to the instructions given by the lecturer responsible for the course
- The work placement includes drafting a plan for the development assignment, which must then be approved by the commissioner and the lecturer, familiarizing with the commissioning workplace in an extent required by the development assignment, and carrying out the development work according to the plan.

Qualifications

Opintokokonaisuuden kolme aiempaa opintojaksoa pitää olla suoritettuna, ahotoituna tai muutoin on varmistettava, että opiskelijalla on riittävä osaaminen harjoittelua varten.
