Students
- recognize the interactions of employees, workplaces and society and their significance
- are familiar with the central concepts and approaches of labour policy and welfare policy
- can evaluate the social impact of organization-level HR policy solutions
- can evaluate organization-level operations from the viewpoint of global sustainable development
Content
Students study trends of macroeconomics and employment, especially from the labour policy viewpoint and discuss social and organizational interaction. Organizational responsibility in promoting sustainable development is emphasized on the course.
