Objective

Students
- promote understanding and raise awareness of appreciative encounters with people from different backgrounds and of the benefits and ways of cooperation
- promote smooth cooperation in a diverse team
- Are familiar with and can use different practical approaches to promote diversity at work and in the organizational culture
