Communication instruction: Practical training (5cr)

Objective

Students
- can deepen their instruction skills and pedagogical competence in a goal-oriented manner
- can produce documents based on the assessment of competences and learning needed in the field
- can apply the basics of entrepreneurship in the framework of a pedagogical service product
- can utilize multiprofessional cooperation  
- understand the importance of workplace well-being in a pedagogical work environment

Content

Students learn to deepen their instructions skills and pedagogical competence in a goal-oriented manner in authentic situations, where they act as communication instructors for customers, their near ones and other professionals 

Students act in different pedagogical (and multicultural) environments, assessing learning outcomes and competences using a variety of methods; students can analyze, develop and verbalize their professional competence in pedagogy
