Objective
The course aims to provide students with the skills to develop diverse teams and communities in a fragmented, pluralistic and multicultural society. Students will learn how to leverage gamification and arts and culture approaches to build community and support inclusion.
On successfully completing this course, students will:
• Be able to apply a range of methods to strengthen diverse teams and communities.
• Be aware of the considerations in developing different types teams
• Recognise the potential of art and culture in building community and inclusion.
