Objective

On successfully completing this course, students will:
- Have a future-oriented understanding of key issues and development needs in organisational leadership
- Have the skills to promote a dynamic and ethically sustainable workplace culture through community and inspiring leadership.
- Recognise the importance of individual and community skills, resources and wellbeing management in NGO work and volunteering.
- Be able to promote opportunities for networking and interdisciplinary collaboration and co-development.
