Objective

On successfully completing this course, students will:

- Understand learning as practice and interaction between individuals, workplace communities and organisations.
- Have the skills to develop workplace communities that support learning and develop networks that support work and learning for lone workers
- Have the skills to plan and implement practices that support continuing learning in workplaces and networked work
- Understand the connections between learning and professional identity and agency
- Understand concepts and practices around skills recognition
- Understand and be able to apply development approaches to support learning in the workplace.
