Objective

On successfully completing this course, students will be able to:
- Conceptualise change and its impact in youth work
- Analyse and anticipate change in their own work and within the profession
- Articulate the importance of youth work in a changing work context
- Understand the importance of community and leadership within the Youth Work community
- Work independently and critically evaluate their own performance
- Help promote resilience and wellbeing at work and apply approaches support wellbeing at work within multi-professional work communities
