Students
- Can plan, promote and assess their professional careers in a competency-based manner.
- Can recognize the factors of occupational wellbeing and to promote their own wellbeing.
- Recognize and are aware of the different work environments, conventions and networks of their own professional field.
- Are able to participate in the development and advocacy work of their own professional field.

- occupational and study-related wellbeing
- career planning
- basics of career planning (career adaptability, career horizon)
- personal career planning (career planning tools, will for personal development, capability to function in different environments, goal-orientation, knowledge of the world of work,
concrete examples).

Location and time

Opintojakso suoritetaan valmennus-osiota lukuunottamatta itsenäisinä verkko-opintoina.

Student workload

Opintojakson laajuus 5op, vastaa n. 135h työskentelyä (ohjaus, neuvonnat ja itsenäinen työskentely).
Opintojakson voi suorittaa itsenäisesti valmennuskeskusteluja lukuun ottamatta oman aikataulun mukaan.
