- Labour law, Employment Contracts Act, Co-operation Act, legislation and regulations related to the collective agreement system or to employment in general; applying these on a general level
- The different phases of employment relationship and the regulation and agreement basis affecting these
- Good cooperation and the related potential for the productivity and success of an enterprise, and the practices of the world of work
