- Internalize the entrepreneurial approach and acknowledge entrepreneurship as part of a prospective career path.

- change in the world of work, the role and importance of the private sector
- basic concepts of entrepreneurship and business
- entrepreneurship as a form of employment and as part of one’s career path
- entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial approach to work
- skill and competency recognition, productization, pricing and sales
- part-time and full-time entrepreneurship, profitable business practices.

The course is a nonstop course and the attendance of the webinars is not compulsory. There is a kick-off webinar (will be recorded) and voluntary guidance webinars as follows:

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student recognizes some changes in the world of work and the importance of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student is only partially aware of the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work. The role of entrepreneurship as an opportunity in the student´s own career path remains largely unexplained. The student's understanding of business logic is weak and there is room for improvement in the understanding of a profitable business. The student has a basic understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student still needs to learn how to productize and sell services based on his/her own competence.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is aware of the changes in the world of work and the importance of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student recognizes the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work and is aware of the role of entrepreneurship as part of his/her own career path. The student understands the logic of business and demonstrates an understanding of a profitable business. The student has a good understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student is able to productize and sell services based on his/her own competence.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is well aware of the changes in the world of work and the role of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student has internalized the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work and understands the role of entrepreneurship as part of his/her own career path. The student has a good grasp of business logic and an excellent understanding of a profitable business. The student has an excellent understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student masters concretely the productization and sale of services based on his/her own competence.
