Objective

Students
- Can identify development needs related to the world of work know the basics of strategic development.
- Know the development principles of the different work approaches and cultures, working methods and productization.
- Can evaluate the realization of the set goals as well as the effectiveness, productivity and impact of actions.
- Can develop and implement goal-oriented adventure education processes in practice in co-operation with the work placement employer are able to critically evaluate the impacts of adventure education activities and recognize development needs.
- Know how to promote sustainability in communities and organizations in the professional field of adventure education.

Content

Students contribute to organizational and community development work within their professional field and its different sectors. This development work is carried out from an adventure education viewpoint with the methods of adventure education. The development work can also focus on the different forms and models of action as well as different working methods or products within adventure education. Students learn to plan, produce, implement and evaluate goal-oriented processes or projects and assess their own professional development. Students learn to create a sustainability plan as part of their development work and learn how to promote sustainability in communities and organizations within the professional field of adventure education.
