Objective
Learning outcomes
Students will:
- Understand various intellectual property rights and their implications.
- Draft valid contracts for event production.
- Utilise licensing and IP rights effectively in the cultural sector.
Accomplishment methods
The course is assessed numerically on a scale of 0–5. Successful completion of the course requires participation in contact teaching and at least satisfactory completion of the compulsory assignments given during the course.
The grade given for the course (0–5) is determined on the basis of assignments.

- Role of copyright associations
- Intellectual property rights in business
- Licensing: Creative Commons, copyleft, NFTs, EULAs
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
- Satisfactory (2): the student demonstrates mastery of at least 55–64 % of the set objectives
- Satisfactory (1): the student demonstrates mastery of at least 40–54 % of the set objectives
